Who we are

Working alongside a team of seasoned law enforcement and security professionals with extensive backgrounds in sports, trade shows, music festivals, and special events, our security consulting and management services are grounded in decades of collective experience, advanced training, and professional education.

I am recently retired from 30 years in law enforcement from one of Southern California’s premier tourism destination cities that draws millions of visitors annually. As a Lieutenant, I was the Emergency Management Bureau Commander for three years prior to my retirement.  Prior to that, as a Special Events Sergeant, my responsibilities spanned coordinating public safety for large-scale shows and events at our Convention Center and National Hockey League venues, as well as ensuring seamless tourism safety and security operations for a world-class theme park destination. This environment demanded expertise in crowd management, interagency coordination, and strategic planning to protect residents, visitors, and high-profile attractions in a dynamic, high-visibility setting.

As a Special Events sergeant, my experience includes extensive sports, tourism, special event management, emergency management, and Terrorism Liaison Officer work. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Emergency & Disaster Management, a bachelor’s in organizational management, as well as extensive familiarity and utilization of DHS, CISA, and FEMA planning resources and guidance tools.

I am currently a working emergency management coordinator for an Orange County, Ca city, a member of the California Emergency Services Association, Event Safety Alliance, as well as the International Association of Emergency Mangers.
